you got off pretty easy then, good for you venom ! now you can relax and crack open a beer
The pints went down pretty easy after this week...I actually called my wife to pick me up at the pub, probably the smartest thing I've done in a while, she dropped me at home and ended up going through a RIDE program on her way to the mall. Ya, I got off pretty easy, we haven't seen a HD fail on the Falcon 3, unlike the Falcon 2 which we had over 500 HD failures in 5 years (Kyocera acts like we were the only ones to see HD issues...lol)

Thanks for the heads-up Venom. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank You

Firmwares HERE.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?
When you decide to change the HDD, keep in mind that you'll lose your addressbook and network settings. And yes, you can back those things up ... but I certainly wouldn't trust a backup from a failing hard drive. I had a Toshiba recently that kept dropping the static IP. It cloned the addressbook and settings, and guess what? It didn't save the IP address. =^..^=

I did not have the frimware with me yesterday. My boss will have it for me today and I am taking up a hard drive too. I am hoping these use a standard computer hard drive, as he has a new 100G for me to use.
Thank You
