Hi Guys
Have about 15 of these buggers in my area. I have 3 of them giving me the same problem. Replacing the drum and dev seems to solve the problem for a while. Has anybody got an update what to what solves the problem ????

I'm hearing good things about firmware version 11.0
Personally I've had very few quality problems. =^..^
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Removed the rear covers and there is a small cleaning developer K motor check if is running.
Charge arc to the drum
only thing it could be as the drum is pitted from arcing
been there done that
thats service bul. 6 I just replaced one here. Dont be fooled by the tech part numbers and waht you actually get.Originally Posted by Realtech
