i would think that it is either out of toner, has the wrong toner (Kyocera vs Copystar), or the toner drive gear is broken.

Kyocera and Copystar toner are the same for these Falcon models. It's the printers that are different, and only because of a coupling.

I've had a few Falcon 1s do this because of a dying fuser. The fuser would never reach or read the correct temperature, but I guess it was so close that it would never C-code out. Replacing the fuser fixed it.

I've seen "Please Wait" on the Voyager & VoyagerE series when the document processor in not plugged in, or the lift plate spring is broken. Note: Don't plug in the document processor hot/live. Guaranteed you'll blow a board. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I second that it's probably the fuser. I've had this happen to a 3035. Does the heat roller actually get hot? To test this go to sim 162. This will stop the stabilization process and get the machine to ready. And you'll get fusing sans heat. Replacing the fuser should fix this.

I think it needs a firmware update. You need to reload the firmware via CF Card
