is the paper actually jamming on you? is there toner inside of the folds? is it only on duplex? with some more information we probably could point you in the right direction at least

Are you certain these facts are correct? No image in the folds? The wrinkling must be happening before the registration roller. Damaged pre-registration mylars can cause this. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

almost anytime that that i see wrinkling that early in the print process its what black cat said, or if your paper trays are damaged and do not center the paper correctly. tray may have to be pinned?

In the verticle paper feed unit chech to see if you can see both brass bushings. There is a plastic clip that holds the clutch on that falls off. There is a bulletin on this to change the plastic clip to a metal clip. I have seen this many time cause wrinkled copies.
