    km c2525e blue background

I am had a problem with slight blue background when copying on full colour mode from the adf on two of these machines recently but was able to correct one of them using service code 68. It prints in perfect colour with no blue background. So far i have checked n changed the cyan drum/dev units checked all optics lazer and coronas. I even replaced the adf and covered it to make sure no light was getting in as the paper fed across the slit glass. I also updated to the latest firmware level but still no joy. Anybody seen this before.

    Thanks

By any chance, is your glass cleaner tinted blue?

For a while I was using a green tinted glass cleaner. I noticed a green background color to the copies on a couple different machines, on the same day. Just for kicks, I cleaned all the optics with 99% alcohol, and the green haze disappeared. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
