I would try to offer some useful commentary, but I haven't yet determined what model it is, or what problem you're having. My psychic abilities must be slipping ... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I like the machines, Hate the Event Report, I'd rather have the old JAM and C-CODEs Log with the 2 columns (Total & since last reset counters with the description of the code

I disagree ignacio. The event log gives new information, specifically copy count, so you can determine if a particular code has popped up 10 times in one day. The old report tells you only 10 times since it was cleared the last time (usually the last PM). Not much information. =^..^=

I wish they gave date & time like Sharp does on their printouts.
    Hope that helps !

Canon is the best information. Date, time of jam, time jam cleared, jam location, paper source, paper size, paper output, for the last 50 events. What more could you ask for? =^..^=

Not quite, im used to resetting the jam and c-codes counters (not totals) on each visit, so I know how many jams or codes have ocurred since the last visit, the new one does not have descriptions, so I have look up the codes i havent memorized yet, that takes time.
