    Driver Kx Problem Ta250 Ci

    Goooood-morning !!!!!!

    I have this problem: whether to print the attached file number 1 in A3 booklet mode, the machine locks out and print as you can see in the attached number2. Can you help me??

    the booklet in A4 format is printed correctly

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

    Uhm .... Why the booklet A4 is printed correctly while the booklet A3 isn't printed correctly ???

    With other printers (for example , Oki... ), the print is perfect!!
