Hi!
I just got my first Kyocera FS-C8025.
I get this message in the upper left corner saying: Adjusting Scanner. And my scanner light is lightning up all the time.

I came across something like this on a Falcon III once. It turned out that the top door on the DP was partly open, because someone had pried open the top door without using the release latch. The black plastic receiver through the rear frame was snapped off, and the latch was broken. If you inserted originals and pressed start the screen would display "Adjusting Scanner", the exposure lamp would light and stay lit, then stay like that unchanging until the machine was powered Off/On. If you held the door shut, the scanner adjustment completed and fed originals just fine.
I don't know if this is applicable to what you're seeing, but to me it sounds quite similar. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
