    Re: KM 6030 jam codes 65 & 66- constantly

I'm having the same problem with Taskalfa 620, have changed shitchback roller and a few sensors to no avail. It is intermittent now, Jam 65 every time.
The paper always comes through switchback and past the conveying switch #2 and stops. I will try the guide adjustment, the one screw in the middle
of the side adjustment area ,next. It is centered now, not sure why they have an adjustment screw there.

    The fuser gears typically present with J40, J41, J42, J43, J44.
Jams in the J60's are in the duplex/inverter section. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

i dont mean to hijack this thread but we have two 620i's that will not stop jamming in tray 1 (J10). Weve replaced the rollers and Mylars countless times, but we cant seem to put our finger on what is keeping this a problem.

Yes you are right! I did have however one incident where it would jam in Duplex only. If I have some time tomorrow, I'll try to simulate it.

This looks like an old thread so I will make this quick. Under the bottom tray of the duplex unit is a switch. Replace that switch and check the next one down the line for cuts in it. I see these a lot in this model and taskalfa 620's. Replacing the upper roller of the duplex unit will only help with j-60 and j-62.
