    Kyocera KM2560

I have a customer running a linux based software package.
When they print to the KM 2560 it will randomly alter : fonts, caps, sometimes the character and it will toggle between bold and normal.

I need the "Printer Bin Escape Codes" to give to the software creators in order to recitfy this because apparently they build their software to run on a Lexmark driver and they can alter their software once they get the specific command codes/

I believe this machine is the same as the Copystar Falcon III.

    Thanks

Thanks, not having worked on this type of software before I'm not sure if the ppd's are any addition to me though.
I cant actually install a driver on this software, it appears to be all built in and the developers have asked specifically for the 'printer bin escape codes' so they can write the correct commands into their software to suit the KM2560.

I'll pass them on and let you know.

So what print emulation is it coming in as: PostScript3, PCL6, PCL5e?

There are only slight differences between the Falcon III drivers and the Stratos drivers. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Not sure, but I imagine its probably PCL5e. I will clarify that.
There is only a slight difference in the manifested fault, some characters on the page change totally (to numbers or symbols) but most change from normal into bold and also from lower case to block.
