    KM-C3232 "Unable To Use Scanner"

Any idea why this unit shows the scanner options, but when we go in to set it up it says

    Unable To Use Scanner

    Thanks

It usually takes a few seconds for it to connect to network. If it doesnt connect then you may have a bad scan card. I know this may be a stupid question but do you have the network cable plugged in the right one? this unit takes two cables. One for the print controller on the right hand side when you open the door and the scan card is on top towards the back of the unit.

luis is right. You cannot even access the scan menu until a network cable connects the scan card to a valid network. And there are two ports, scan card & print card, with two separate unique IP addresses. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
