    KM Scan file utility Port

odd setup. Have a customer who loaded Mcaffee. now the only time you can scan is when you shut down the firewall. no location to input the program exception.

anyone know what port # the request from the scanner comes in?

    Thanks

Doesn't exactly answer your question, but you should be able to add a "program" to the exceptions in McAfee, so that port number is not needed. So just add the scan file utility's .exe to the exceptions in McAfee and should be good to go.

SWIFT has the answer for you it is definitely port 21 (NSCatCom.exe Port 21), and get rid of McAfee you may adjust the scope for either subnet or specific IP so you don't get intruders .
