    service bulletin serial # incomplete

Its for the waste toner motor, just dug it up for review. The serial range doesn't cover much earlier production dates.

Anyone else found that odd, or is there explanation for it?

    For the 500ci series.

I consider it to be an oversight. We've changed dozens of waste toner motors on the VoyagerE Series for the same reason. The old style motor will eventually short out, and blow the driver circuitry on the engine PWB.

We went through and wholesale updated all the Voyager and VoyagerE machines. It beats replacing engine boards. I haven't replaced an engine PWB in 6 months. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did u have to purchase extra motors? We're missing a fair amount sent by km.

Edit: pls read the bulletin carefully, and contact km direct. This is expensive stuff.

Yes, we purchased more motors, and it's well worth it. =^..^=

We are being told that the list is smaller than originally thought. I just think that they don't have as many replacement motors as required.
IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ Certifications
