Kyocera color machines do not have a web or any other cleaning method for the fuser. So after you've been running a bunch of edge-to-edge high fill photo images, the fuser can collect some residual toner that clears on the next few pages. Also a paper jam will leave toner on the heat belt. And if you've been running heavy paper on plain paper media settings you'll leave toner in the fuser.
For starters, make sure that the proper media settings are being used. Also make sure that the fixing temperature settings are at their defaults, and haven't been tweaked up or down. Do you want a long term cure? Design a cleaning web for the fuser. And while you're at it, there a few other machines that can use a web, too. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
blackcat: Master Of The Obvious =^..^=

have you tried checking if the developer sleeve already have carrier build up?
Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.
