Alex, I'd like to buy a vowel. Maybe a couple ...
But seriously, you're going to have to be a lot more specific before I can help you.
1) What function are you trying to use that does not function?
2) What messages are displayed on the screen?
3) Are you familiar with the basic operation of the machine? (Do you have little necessities like toner, paper, electricity, etc...)
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

NO masage is comng on,aftr swtng on just show kyocera, from there the display switchs of as it is on stand-by,frm there no any key enters.
It sounds as thought the firmware is corrupt, and possibly more.
Start by reloading or upgrading to firmware 2.49 dated 6-27-2011.
No, I'm not going to give it to you. Maybe Paul has it. And while you're at it you should probably get the service manual. That way you can learn how to load firmware all by yourself. It's not hard. A mere two pages of reading, and a CF or USB memory (either one is fine).
Now is your chance to show some independence and try to figure out this part by yourself (www.justmanuals.com)
Depending on the results of your firmware flash, it may be fixed, or you may have to do more. At the end of the firmware flash you'll get the "Completed ... " screen. Pay special attention to the results. Completed is good. No Change is fine (it just means that that particular firmware file wasn't in the combined packet or you don't have that accessory). Failed is not so good. Pay attention to the Failed ones.
If you come back sounding like you tried, I'll be glad to help. If you just wimper, well then it's just up to you. =^..^=

when coping the back side of the copy it comes out faint as if there is no dev-bias or as if transfer is weak only when i turn the copy.the machine doesnt have duplex.im nt too familiar with this machine.
Have you solved any of the previous problems we've discussed?
Which machine is this? The one with the firmware problem or the one with the cassette lift problem?
It sounds as though a peek at the Installation Guide would have helped a lot. =^..^=
