Still no luck. I am about to punt this machine. I can clearly see the file gets transferred and I copied the language directly from your post.

The command is the same regardless of the machine model. Ordinarily I would not suggest this because it's a lot of work and risk, but here goes:

Print off the U000 maintenance report. You'll need it.
Note any Scanner data. It's about to disappear.
Backup any job accounts in U917.

    Here's the scary part:
Perform a U020 Memory All Clear.

Now to restore all the stuff you just erased:
Reset U265 Destination to 02 (for KM) or 66 (for CS)
    Reload firmware currently version 12.00/1.13
Re-enter as much of the Maintenance report data manually as possible.
    Re-enter scanner setup data.
    Import job accounting ID data.
    Perform color calibration.

There's two hours work here. Just be sure to backup as much as possible before-hand. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
