    Kyocera FS-C2162 WONT PRINT REPORTS

I have a new FS-C2162 MFP thats been installed for about 6 weeks the customer has set the mc to print out a report for every fax transmission.Twice within the 6 weeks the reports have stopped printing when i went to the mc I was unable to get any prints out at all none of the settings had changed and no reports were printing out not even a config page. The customer had tried switching on and off at the mc still no joy .When I got there I did a complete reboot by powering on/off at the mains. This worked and everything was ok for about another 2 or 3 weeks until it happened again the customer said he had tried switching on/off at the mains but it didnt work but by the time i got there the following day it was working again.Any ideas on why this is happening

I've never seen this in the field, but it may be a good idea to bring the firmware up to the latest version.

I've seen firmware fix a similar problem on a FalconIII. I was getting black internal reports. Everything else printed fine.

I've also seen the HDD cause reports not to print. RAM memory could also be the cause. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
