that is the bit I was looking for, I recently received this bulletin also. Thank you. The problem, was solved by exchanging of the finisher as the wear out had to be checked.

The parts in the parts guide that are not in the parts guide are the parts that NEVER break, so why would you need a part that is not in the parts guide...???????

I dont see it in the manual... I would assume you need to send the pic to your Kyocera parts rep to have them get a part number for you...

I had a customer break the little plastic lip that the bridge unit hook hinge latches on. Had to just order a whole new AK. Now I have spare parts for the rest of the AK if need be but don't think you can just order the exit unit part.
