the copier works just one cassette paper,it doesn't recognize the seconde one,I have checked for the hardwar systeme ,it was perfet ...
I Think about softwar ....
would you like to help for more solutions..

Perform U906 (Reset Disable Function) to reset possible errors with the paper trays.
Engine PCB got shorted because of Lift Motor.try U906 if problem not solved please change Engine PCB and Lift Motor.......
Thanks and Regards

How do you know the engine board got shorted? Under normal circumstances a defective Lift Motor can not cause damage to an engine board. If U906 doesn't solve the problem, the next step can be to replace the Lift Motor (if that's the cause). In theory it can be the engine board, but in practice it's always a defective Lift Motor.
Try and change only lift motor it will never solve your problem(only if physically damaged) .i found 10 cases same.need to change engine PCB also.motor getting short because of excess paper usage in the cassette and effecting Engine PCB........slow movement of LIFT motor every time will lead you to check the short of Engine PCB.

First perform a U906 to re-enable a disabled cassette, if this does not work replace the lift motor, if this does not work, replace the engine board. On the KM/CS-3050,4050 and 5050 chances are if the lift motor is bad you will have a shorted transistor and an open load resistor bad on the engine board caused by the lift motor going south.
I've seen a few cases of shorting lift motors damaging the drive circuit on Falcon III series machines. Relatively common, but yes try the U906 Partial Reset first. It's the same theory as the waste toner motors damaging the Engine board on the VoyagerE series. I've probably changed 50 engine boards and waste toner motors on the VoyagerE's just for that reason. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Just something to try. I had a similar problem come up on a VoyagerE where I 906'd and replaced the lift motor but the problem still persisted. Before replacing the engine board I went ahead and reflashed the firmware.
Machine works perfect now.
