km 3530 jam 81

ive got a 3530 that gets jam 81 when trying to feed into finisher. machine has over 500k on it. it appears to be getting caught on the guide on the exit door. anyone been down this road before? thanx

Check to make sure the spring on the drive arm that connects the exit unit to the drive gears on the door is attached, it's only held on there by gravity and the slightest bit of tension, so it's really easy to knock off.
