Does your machine have the new style developing motor? There's a bulletin about wholesale changes in motors on this series. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Re: TaskAlfa500CI

Are the TA500Ci the same as the TA552ci ?

We don't have a TA500ci in the field...

RE : Developer Main motor loading.

The TA552ci displays a C2102 code on the display if any of the developer units lock up. Ie. Main motor jam.
This lockup can happen from brand new, as the dev units are transported in their boxes on their very ends and the developer inside
the unit packs down hard toward one end of the tank. If you can't rotate the mag roller in dev unit by hand you should shake
sh!t out of the dev unit and rotate it until you see an even coating of developer on the mag roller, NOT the 2nd toner roller.

Check the toner roller dis-engage bar at the back of the dev unit is over top of both of the tabs that control the toner roller dis-engage.

I assume you have done an AC U127 as per the norm ?

Try the normal user gray scale colour calibration as well. System |Maintenance| Grayscale |
Grey scale adjustment give a more indepth adjustment.

Of course this will only work if the TA500ci and TA552ci machines are similar. At best it may jog a light-bulb.
