Copystar CS-1815 send error 1101

I have a Copystar CS-1815, Im trying to setup the Scan to Email. I am receiveing send error 1101. Any ideas on what this error means? Thanks

I dug through the 1820 manuals. There are no scan to email errors listed.

thank you, i actually figured it out. seems the copystar wasnt registering the dns servers properly so the smtp server name never got resolved. so i replaced the server name with the server ip and no more errors. scan to email is working properly.

I have had better success using IP over server name. Congratulations.
