Check the laser shutter.
Does this affect other prints or just internal reports? I resolved a similar issue on a CS-2560 that affected only reports. I re-loaded firmware to resolve the issue.
Questo colpisce le altre stampe o le relazioni appena interne? Ho risolto una questione simile su un C-2560 che ha colpito delle solo relazioni. Ricarico dei microprogrammi per risolvere la questione.

I think firmware fixed same issue for me, timing of the laser shutter changed
