You'll find the firmware at: KDAConnect
Sign in with your dealer login, and you'll have access to the full line of firmware and manuals.

=^..^= No. You'll have to get your own login.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

To use dealer resources you'll have to become a dealer, or develop a relationship with a dealer.
    Yes, that's a problem.

Check with Paul: Just Manuals, The Internet's largest selection of manuals ~ Instant Downloads
He may have what you need. =^..^=

    Re: Kyocera KM 4050

You are correct in that this is not a source of free firmware and manuals.

You may be unhappy about that, or not.

This is a forum for the sharing of technical opinions between technicians, not a source of free labor for endusers and not the public library. When you want dealer proprietary information become a dealer.

Copytechnet can still be a valuable resource to you, just not in the way you want. Have a nice day. =^..^=
