The codes in the maual start at C011. I don't see C004. Are you sure that's the number?

Yap it's C004. Problem solved Printer NIC was placed on the slot of scanner instead of scanner NIC (man made error )

Cool. I'm going to mark that error code down for future reference. We all have those man made errors from time to time!!

Good info. One of my techs called me to find what this code meant. A google serch lead me here ( that is how I found this site to begin with). For some reason the customer switched the two cards. That would have been a tough one without this great site.
