Hi Guys,

I am trying to find a software that can assist me with scheduling my techs, help with customer history and reporting etc. What are you using that works?

I created one in-house, but it has parts inventory, tech info, dispatching stuff, vacation request, time off requests, customer data base and machine history as well as machine inventory

Thanks for replying.What programme did you create it in? Does it work well for you? Can I get a copy?

Built it using Visual Basic Express Free Download from Microsoft and SQL Express also a free download. They also have tutorials and how to's. Took me about six months to get it operational and been making little tweaks here and there, so its still not perfect but it is better than anything that I had found out there. Whats your address? After I replace my dvd burner I could burn you a copy to check out and tell me what you think.
