Got 2 FS3140's one is fine the other add toner will not go off.
Its putting a little toner in but not much. We let it run twice for 15 Mins.
We swapped out the Toner Cartride as well as the drum / toner hopper. No Joy.

Are you using the original toner. All the other stuff won't work in this machine.
Yes all OEM toners.......
I would look at the gears that drive the DV-Unit. Maybe there are some gears or clutches that aren't working properly.
Did you get a solution this one?

Did you swap developer?
We ended up just sending it back.
I am having the same issue... using compatible cartridge... changed maintenance kit and installed developer unit and then started toner fill... it won't stop... tried going back to old developer... keeps filling... tried old toner... keeps on filling... tried firmware... it cleared out all the network setting but kept on filling... tried taking it back to factory... keeps on filling... tried to do factory reset in service mode... and memory clear in service mode and its still filling... took a look at new toner cartridge... found it had issues opening the toner slit... new toner shows 6% on machine... old toner shows not even 0%
My problem started when I tried to fill the developer with toner...
anyone know a way to stop the toner fill...
a postscript code or something of the like...
right now we are sending off for an oem toner... but I don't think that will work...
I will update you guys when I look at this machine again...
Sad To Say I Don't Have a Life
I do this stuff on the weekends too
I wonder if there is a prescribe command to stop developer refresh for fs 3140
I am going to try engine reset
ENGINE RESET
!R! EGRE;EXIT;
but I think there may be a more direct approach...
