Color Bands on a Kyocera FS-C2126MFP

I checked the bias connections. Replace the HV unit. Downloaded the latest firmware. The PDF is a sample of an internal Status Page. Has anyone ran across this issue before.

It looks to me like poor black drum cleaning. Maybe black drum ground? No I don't have any of this series. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There where two pins in the drum unit connector touching. This is weird because the copier was working fine according to the customer and all of a sudden it started copying and printing color bands in color mode and black bands in b/w mode. I separated the pins touching in the connector on the black drum and all is good. It is the connector on the left/bottom when putting the drum in copier.
