At this point I get out my laptop, pop onto the customers network, and start sending jobs to both machines. The driver I'm using may not be absolutely current, but at least has been functional up to now. I also have the Universal driver on hand for quick tests to any Kyocera product.
This will help you rule out the effect of print drivers on the customers PC's or server. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

CF248 when your machine can't understand the print data, PDF file or web file.
Solution:
-update the firmware
-update the driver
and / or
from your driver, select on the print setting => image => font settings =>"download as bitmap"
You can also get these if they're using the wrong driver; I saw it one time when a lady was using a Sharp MX5500 driver over a TCP/IP port that was destined for the Kyocera's IP address.
