    Jam 4701, 4702, etc... on TASKalfa 6500i

I keep getting jam 470x (depending on which drawer I'm using) whenever duplex is selected. The paper makes it through the fuser, but then gets folded up in the switchback section. I've tried swapping out the entire switchback section with one from another machine just as a test, but there has been no change. Firmware was updated (and then downgraded to see if the machine behaved any differently), but this had no effect. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Is it the duplex gate binding up as it does on the slower units ?
    Hope that helps !

It doesn't appear to be, but both the switchback unit and eject unit have been swapped out to test and so far no change...

Same problem but on ta8001i. Had a new Switchback unit a few weeks back.

Has also had bridge sensor actuators as they had gone flat.
