    Re: TA 3500i - Jam 4411

What we have found so far is to replace the photo interrupters and clutches to fix the jamming

its more to do with clutches than anything else.Once had the same issue with a brand new taskalfa 3501i that had latest firmware and that modification pad on the duplex roller, with the so called latest clutch (improved one) but still gave paper jams in duplex copying, and all it was , a bad clutch.
failure is not an option !

as i said, rhe resolution was adding a spring to the solenoid, not the clutches and no need to replace the entire switch-back unit. The solenoids traditionally have a spring, in this model it does not and it goes all way in thus closing the guide completely and stopping the paper, hence the jam. Adjusting the solenoid gap has solved the problem in 3 cases so far and hope it will work for you too.
    Good luck!

Check clutch CLUTCH 50 Z35R 302KV44041 (becomes rusti)

    Mount PAD DU 302K924930

    Then it should be OK
