    km-2550

Ive a question about a Km-2550, when copying an original on single-sided, the copy comes out perfect.
Then when duplex is selected for the same original, the copy has approximately 1cm missing on the right margin front and back. has anyone ever seen this before?
have adjusted magnification, registrations, centre line and margins with no luck.
    any ideas appreciated.

Does this only happen when you photocopy, or does also happen when you print?

Than the problem most probably lies on the duplex unit. Check all the rollers. The transfer roller for one. If the image is coming out well one sided, than there shouldn't be anything wrong with the drum unit or the fuser unit. Also check the main charger, I have experienced problems like this where the main charger had a broken grid wire in it. Other than, I have no other advise for you right now. Good luck.
