Force firmware update

I had a print system U that encountered a card read error during firware upgrade which has taken out the print system with a C-0240 code. Any attempts to reload load have failed so far. I know the system is good if I can get the firmware loaded. Is there a secret to forcing an update that I am not aware of?

KM tech support might be able to access the print system remotely.

I think you cannot do anything unless you send the DIMM to KYOCERA for reprogramming.
