We are trying to help a customer on a Taskalfa 255 and a CS 3050CI and what has happened is, they cannot log in on the web browser. It eems like the people who worked on them before changed the access code because the code they have wont work. Is there any way to change this at the machines?
I know on the Ricohs you need to change the nv ram, but not sure on these Kyos.
Do you have any ideas on what we can do?
