FS-3540MFP Scan-to-email issue/Printing problem
FS-3540MFP (1 month old) is having 2 issues :
1. When doing scan-to-email the display gives error 2202, which means that the mailserver/router is not responding. Strange is that the email with the scan is properly delivered at the mailbox of the customer. The IT-department has tweaked some time-out settings on the mailserver but the machine is still displaying error 2202 while the mail arrives at the customers mailbox without problems.
2. When printing Excell sheets the machine asks to place 210x297 paper in the MP-Tray. 210x297 is A4 size, so the machine should recognise this and print from tray 1 or tray 2. All driver settings look ok, and the trays are set to A4. And of course their Lexmark printer has no problem with these documents...
Firmware is up to the latest.
Any ideas?
