hi friends i have little problem print via computer.i have attached my km 6030 via ethernet cable .i have scanned doc of jpg format but when i want to print these files machine print well but slowly .how can i fasten my machine? please help me i have too much burden
What format are the documents that you are printing? What application?
What page size are the documents you are printing?
What speed does your network support? 10MBs/100MBs/1GBs
Is the MFP connected directly to the switch, or through other components, like a VOIP box, a network phone, or a surge suppressor?
What emulation are you using? PCL6/PostScript
Is there a VPN involved? (virtual private network)
We'll need a whole lot more information before offering an opinion. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

well bro format jpg scanned image connected via 10/100 switch and feiry is without ram .scanned and print image is a4 double side, driver pcl6 .no vpn involved connected directly via switch.if i connect my machine via usb then speed will be faster or not?
Maybe adding memory or a hard drive to the print kit will help. Standard memory is only 64mb and hd is optional.Originally Posted by umer_ml
I think the first thing I would do is narrow down the problem by connecting via crossover cable to my laptop, then test print.
I think you'll find that USB2 will be considerably slower than a properly functioning 100MBs TCP/IP connection. =^..^=
