km3035 tray troubles

km 3530 tray 2 not available or not being recognize,change main board,checked tray switches and tray motor lift,i still can't get it to
work. thanks steve

does tray2 work if you change it to tray 1 slot? that will tell you if the sensors in the tray work.

also have you done a sim 906 reset on it?
machine can turn off tray if its gotten c-code

yes i try that but no go. the reason i change the main board is when i get into maintance mode i can't go anywhere its like the keyboard is lockup
but its not,it just stays on u000.

did you flash it with new firmware and when you replaced main pcb did you transfer the 4 eeeprom?

the board was out of another machine and was working,also try transfering the eprom around on both boards.i have not tried putting the
customer board in my machine yet to see if works. steve

you will need to run a sim 906
that resets a disable fuction of machine
reflash machine with current firmware
