Magenta banding in Taskalfa 3050ci

Hey guys

Im a noob to this sit so hopefully you guys can help me out. I have a Machine that is giving me endless crap, i changed drum and dev did sim u410 u468 with no success. updated the lattes firmware and did drum ad dev refresh more than once

The m dev unit should have fixed it. Is the firmware at 7

have you tried doing color calibration,color registration,laser cleaning in system menu?

i did all of it latest firmware downloded from KM. the problem occuredright ater i had to replace the k lsu due to the black not alighning to colours after 8-11 times colour reg replaced the k lsu and it was sorted and all of a sudden it bleeds m. i look after 24 machines at a company and 4 of those 24 have the exact same problem. i dont even want to ask my technical manager because he is a colossal dick

The same problem I resolved on FS-C2026MFP by changing magenta develop unit.

Clean AIDC sensor, optical section, laser glass and than settings: Calibration > Registration > Halftone are needed.

Ok thanks for the info . I'm waiting the OK from the customer to bring the KM in my lab.

I had the same problem in this type of machine just a week ago.

I cleaned the density sensor and made the color adjustment.
To get to the sensor, it is nessesary to remove the fuser and transfer belt.

The customer has not called back yet, so it seems to solve the problem.

I would not recommend changing parts unless the problem reoccurs.

The trouble is solved. The customer not called me in one month. After many tests, i cleaned the belt contacts and made all the color adjustment.
