    Re: KM 3050 PROGRAM LOADING

I think I'd try the Code DIMM next, then try again to reload firmware. It's the memory that holds the machines firmware on the main PWB. Code DIMM: 302GR94201 =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Before you do anything else, please clarify how you updated firmware. When the machine is unresponsive, you need to update firmware via CF Card not USB.

Does it have the new style dimms? If not I would start there.

I'll bet you have changed the touch screen and misplaced connector on display PWB. There is 2x 5 pin CN1 and CN8 if my memory serves me well and only 1 5pin cable. Or was it 4pin? Sorry don't remember but this is usually the case when machine worked and then it came with Program loading.
    Option 2: faulty DIMM

That's accompanied by a CFB31, habik. But he may not have noticed. And it's the (5) pin operation panel harness connector to YC1. Leave YC9 empty.

    You were close. =^..^=

Well I was guessing from top of my head on the YC9 Thanks for correction. However I must say, that if you can't get the machine to load, you can't print anything to check on Service report. I had it in the workshop a while ago and I do remember that it did not give any code what so ever.
    Either way cheers for correction!

The CFB31 appears on the machine display after about 10 minutes of Program Loading. No need to get to the event log. =^..^=
