Crni, those are thin foam strips between the touch panel and the frame of the control unit. Many technicians peel them off and re-attach them to the new touch panel.
As a matter of fact, Kyocera is the only manufacturer using those foam strips though all the other brands having similar touch panel constructions do not use them. Never understood the importance of those strips except that they perhaps avoid crud creeping between the glass and the frame.
I repaired several of the Kyo's and never used or re-used them and didn't get any complaints until now.

Hm. So I put the Touch pad direct on metal frame?
And now I realised that maybe I made a mistake disassembling ? I pulled the touch pad with the frame off the LCD.
Will that create problems with LCD functioning properly?
I don't get it. Normally the touch panel stays loose in the frame of the control unit when the LCD-Unit comes out. See picture of the similar KM-2550 control unit.
Likely the foam strips are aged so much that they became sticky, holding the touch panel to the metal frame?

Your conclusion is right. The foam strips got stuck to metal frame . I detached it from the frame now.
I removed the metal frame from LCD before cos I didn't know the panel was supposed to detach from it :/ All is back in place now and all clean .
Question:
1. Will I get any LCD problems cos I removed the frame?
2. Do I put foam strips on new panel and how thick do they have to be?
another question: Is it possible that the plastic frame that the whole unit goes in put pressure on touch pad and thats why I got calibration crosses activating by themselves.

Possible yes perhaps, but based on my experience it is more likely that your touch panel is not working well because of aging. I'm going to make one last comment on this topic.
One thing that I have learned is that copier manufacturers happened to know a lot more about building copiers than I do. That means that I try to re-install all the parts, as close as possible to the original configuration. I'm not afraid to MacGuyver when needed, but when there is no need to re-design the machine, I don't re-design the machine.
I'll encourage you to to put all the parts back exactly as you found them. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
