Hi guys/ladies
Does anyone have a entry code to be able to reset the maintenance count on on the above printer. I have not attended site yet but thought it may be a good idea to have it before I leave.
Many thanks.

It's on page 1-3-8 of your service manual.
Real technicians look up their own error codes and simulations.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The only way to reset, is when the printer needs the PM kit, then under service setting you can reset, if you put one early it can't be reset.

Real technicians help each other, when the first has made a reasonable attempt (which includes opening the GD manual). I don't read manuals to technicians perfectly able to read for themselves. Try a little independence. It could work for you.
Don't have the right tool (manual)? Buy one. =^..^=

Why is it that people with one or two posts want to reset the copy count???????????????.
If I can teach you just one thing, it would be to do the things that you can do without asking for help. #1) RTFM (you don't need any help with that) #2) Try something, anything. For Christ's sake do something! If it doesn't work, then ask for help.
My gift to you, is to demonstrate to you that you can do it yourself without help.
Imagine if you took calls all day long from techs that couldn't be bothered to look in their own manual. =^..^=
