    Kyocera km3035 with error c4200

    hi all, any help really appreciated

    Firstly I know there are a lot of other threads on c4200. I have read them and tried all they suggest.

    I have replaced main charger, grid, drum unit, developer unit,transfer roller, LSU, power supply board, even went as far as replacing main pwb. Firmware updated. All connections are good. But still every now and again C4200 WILL appear.

    Black cat had some good suggestions in other threads but as yet nothing has worked in stopping the reoccurance of this code. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    As much as I agree Tonerkiller, he seems to have covered the most likely culprits.

    Just fishing ... have you put the power quality analyzer on the outlet yet? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Yes, I think interlock switches may cause this problem. Might just install new switches.

    There is a fan that cools the LSU, is that working properly? Maybe the LSU is overheating and popping the code.
