    "color banding"

Is anyone else seeing an issue with color banding on the 7550ci or 3/4/500ci machines?? We have seen several machines with issues where it looks like the toner is not flowing properly in the developer... can check U155 toner values, may be off when first checking, but the numbers stabilize soon after starting... can run developer refresh multiple times to get the developer to fill and balance out the colors across the page then after a few days of use, the issue will return. Have also seen a few 3/400ci machines with an issue in the transfer belt waste toner auger; the end cap is being pushed out (assuming because the toner is backing up) and then dumping waste toner all over the inside of the machine... not sure if this is related to the image issues or not, however, one machine we found that, as soon as we cleaned it up and started the machine, the image was near perfect without having to run a dev refresh...

    you are right
MR monstott2010.we found lot of problems with these models because there was no proper toner adhering system in the machine.lots of damage found with tranfer belt, error code C2710 and white cap out from the tranfer belt .every time you need to vacuum the machine.... that's why kyocera sent some bulletins and modifications in these models like adding washel and spring in toner cap. modification of toner motor, k dev assembly.

now after replacing these modifications machines are working in good condition.only we have some problems with drum spots that only need replacement.

    Thanks and Regards.
