TA-250ci Magenta Digital Streaking

HI,
We have a TA-250ci that has magenta digital streaking occurring frequently. Machine took a power surge a few months ago and has nothing but problems since. We had a toner level detection problem that was finally solved and now this cq issue has come up. We have replaced drum, dv, engine board, transfer, and laser. All no help. Am suspecting perhaps main board but am leary of dumping another $1000 into this unit. Problem occurs copy or print. Power cycle will sometimes clear for short time. Any help would be appreciated.
