6500i with "image stretch" near trail edge

I was working on a 6500i where every print (including internal) and copy has an "image stretch" that goes from approximately 50-57 mm from the trailing edge (left side when looking at the document. I was using letter and it does it from all trays. Some documents it is not noticeable but you can see where it moves the left margin over. That was the initial complaint. I have tried the following suggestions from tech support; clean contacts on memory and reseat, re-format harddrive, and reflash current firmware. They also suggested to monitor the signals going to the drum motor to see if they rise causing the drum motor to slow. That doesn't make sense to me because if the drum slowed in a spot I would think that I would be seeing a "compaction" of the image. What are your thoughts/experiences? Machine has just over 2M on it. Thank-you for your time.

Had a similar thing with a TA3500. Image was being stretched. The transfer belt was wandering. Replaced it, the issue came back along with jam 4203. Ended up replacing the right door assembly(302LL94014) because the frame was bent.

Make sure the screw is in the drum. I left it off once and got similar results. The screw that holds the drum assy in place.
