    Kyocera KM-3035 Scan to email

Memory display show empty. Copy - no problem.
When I'm trying to email more then 2 pages the original page window jumps back to 2 and I get the message "Error press "start" key to send scanned images", it doesn't send the all pages.
When I'm lowering the dpi to 200 it will send the all pages but instead of sending automatic, I need to stand there and push keys to send it out. This customer use only email for scan, he is not set any other way, and he is using it for many years. Any idea what is going on?

sounds like the email settings for the size limit are set to low.

From the web interface : go to email basic settings -> data size -> (Low, Mid, High, Non-restricted )
