5050+dp-700 multiple original feed

I have 2 new 5050 with the same problems. Some kinds of originals are multiple fed. No problems with new paper. clients can't stand dp-700 after srdf-2 which worked with all types of originals without problems. Tried to add spring above belt frame but it didn't work.

Check the paper. Run in though the fuser without an original, this will draw the water out of the paper, then feed it back into the document feeder, if it works, get new paper, if not, get new paper.

thanks.Your answer is understandable. It's almost what I told users.
But those copiers are in copycentres and they can't check all the originals before copying them. If DP-700 works only with ideal originals it is not a good and I have to sell different copiers.

Sounds like they just have to fan it real good, staples etc.
