    Question FSC2626 MFP part

Could someone please tell me the part number for the guide on the bottom side of the fuser, It looks like it just slides in the grooves on the fuser,
Or is this part of the fuser?
Had a customer call on this and I said I would try and find out for them.

    Thanks for the help

    Re: FSC2626 MFP part

Odds are, it's a fuser assembly. No separate parts available. But I'll confirm tomorrow. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Blackcat is right, no separate parts available for the fuser, you have to replace it as a whole. The fuser part number is 2KV93040 (240v) or 2KV93050 (120v). But could you be more specific about your issue, what problems you have with it?

My guess is the enduser snapped something off, and thinks they can save the labor by buying parts for themselves, and being their own tech. Stand aside and let them do it. They'll eventually call you in to do it right, once they've screwed it up. =^..^=

    Re: FSC2626 MFP part

Thanks all, the entrance guide into the fuser broke off, it is mounted to the bottom side of the fuser. I just need to fix for them if it is part of the fuser, so be it. They will just need to buy a whole fuser.
I already warned them it could be that way. I just wanted to make sure.

    Thanks
