KM-Net Viewer should have an import/export feature in its address editor.

KM Setup Tool 1.3.1211

The easy way is to use your USB stick and simulation 917. It doesn't show in the manual, but you can backup/download various information to CF or USB. If you want to view or edit that information use KM Setup Tool 1.3.1211. You can get it off KMAconnect.

Don't use any earlier versions of the setup tool. They are either intended for CSV data, or just don't work. Version 1.3.1211 is designed for encrypted data and compatible with the Falcon III (3050, 4050, 5050), and the Falcon III1/2 (2560, 3060). I don't know about the Falcon III1/4 (2540, 3040). I haven't had an opportunity to try it out on those.

You can backup all the defaults, addressbook, job accounting ID#s, etc, then edit from the PC, or just copy to another Falcon of the same type (the file names are different between the different Falcon types).

Important to note: on the Falcon III1/2 (2560/3060) when you press Execute the panel gives you no indication that it is doing anything except for the memory light blinking. Wait patiently until the "Completed 100%" comes up on the display. (With 957 Job Accounting ID's it takes ~20 minutes.)
