    FS-C2526MFP error C6000

    Hi,

I'm canon tech and need some help with with this color machine.I assumed that the rolled paper in the fuser cause of the error but the error is still present. In service manual does not say anything about resetting this error.I check service mode on the machine several times. Some ideas maybe?
    Thanks in advance!

These models do not have a fuser reset. If you're still getting a code you need to replace the fuser.

The rolled paper must have broke or damaged a sensor.

Broken sensor can't be a reason for error but termistors looks ok.

How about the obvious? The wrapped paper insulates the thermistor from the heat roller. Temperature continues to rise until it blows the thermostat. This thermostat can't be so unique that you can't scrap one. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the obvious but usually machine have protection so if in a few seconds can't reach specified temperature throws error code.
